Saf-Gard^® Safety Shoe Company Hits the Ground Running in California with Acquisition of Quenvold's Safety Shoes

Greensboro, NC, USA. September 27, 2024 - Saf-Gard^® Safety Shoe Company is proud to announce our expansion into California with the acquisition of Quenvold's Safety Shoes.

With this acquisition, we’re not just setting up shop—we’re laying down roots. That means more options, better service, and plenty of dedicated team members for our customers. Safety footwear is about getting the job done, and as an industry leader, we’re bringing you the best resources to keep you safe while you put in the hours.

After bringing Summit Safety onboard in the northwest, Industrial Protection Products in the northeast, and Safer Safety in the United Kingdom, this latest move underscores Saf-Gard’s commitment to making sure every worker has access to quality safety footwear, no matter where they are.

Karen Deilke, a former owner and VP of Quenvold’s Safety Shoes, will join Saf-Gard^® as the Northern California Area Manager.
